I have always loved aveda products so started visiting aveda salons! The colorists really know what they are doing and how to match existing color! my last visit to truu salon, i brought my 3 1/2 year old for a "good haircut" instead of those kiddie buzz your head places! I was amazed- Christina was patient and had him out of there in 20 minutes with a fabulous cut and NO TEARS!! I'm thrilled to have found Truu Salon

After I submitted a review of how bad my hair color was I was immediately contacted by the salon and offered a refund, however it is 3 months later and I still have not been credited even after several email attempts.
Still waiting for the credit to my credit card from a very bad hair color in October. Can you please have some one let me know how much longer it is going to be before the credit will be applied to my card.
