It was my first haircut with Jamie. She did a great job. In fact, it was one of the best haircuts I've received since I've been going to Truu salon - or any salon since moving to South Florida.
It would be extremely helpful if you could add gratuity to credit card payments. I often don't carry cash and this frequently seems to be a problem when I visit your salon. and while you do offer an ATM, there is a charge for the use of your ATM and a charge from my bank which makes it a poor financial choice, so I then end up having to go to the ATM at my bank down the street and return again with a tip for the hairdresser.

My first visit to truu salon was delightful. At the front desk Terri welcome me offering tea, then introduce me to stylist Stephanie. I haven't had a great cut in many years. 1. When I made my appointment I was not asked who I wanted to cut my hair. I assumed that she was looking at my records and assigned me to the same person. 2. When I got there it was someone I never seen before, a nice person but I felt embarrassed to say no to her. 3. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she proceeded to work. 4. I knew when she was washing my hair that her experience was minimal. 5. When she started blow drying my hair I knew it was a disaster she had no clue what she was doing. Very disappointed at your service, from the appointment to the end. I drove an hour to get to your place, but never again will return or recommend anyone to your place. Lack of consistency. Need to hire people with experience.
