I wish I would have took a picture of the end result. Tony did a horrific job with my hair. Of course I went just for a trim. My hair is one length, it should have been easy. However he did a uneven job in the back. It was all sorts of different lengths. I didn't see it when I left the salon because he blowed dried it and made it look bouncy. When I got home I straighten my hair and saw how uneven it was. I went back the next day and Stephanie did an amazing job evening it out. She could see the work Tony did. She felt bad that I had to go back . Overall, I lost 3-4 inches in length. Definitely did not come out as a trim.

This was the first time I came to this salon and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Crystal did such an amazing job on my hair and balayage! I came to her because I had a huge knot in my hair that had to be cut off, I was very emotional about cutting my hair so short, but she was very kind, a true sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I cannot wait to go back for touch ups.

I was looking for a hair stylist that was professional, up beat, positive and knew their color and cut. I went on this site to read the reviews. I finally made an appt with Crystal because all the reviews were so wonderful. I was not disappointed. Crystal was very professional, took time to discuss my issues, did a great job on color and cut. My stylist Nelly apparently left the salon a week prior to my appointment date. The staff did not inform me of her departure. I was rebooked with another stylist without my consent. When I cancelled, I was charged half the cost of my appointment since it was the day of my appointment. This was a rude and unprofessional treatment of a client, especially since I didn't discover Nelly'so departure until the day of my appointment. I cancelled all future booked appointments and will never be a patron of Truu Salon again.

The staff is always welcoming and attentive. I've been a truu salon client almost a year and never had a bad experience. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable, provide feedback and always explain the services and different options. I must definetely recommend this salon and my stylist Zoe.
