I was happy with my hair although it has been horribly dry since it was treated at this salon. Worse than ever. I have referred 2 persons to Candace. One (my employee) and the other my daughter and both have left crying out of the salon with the horrible work done by Candace.. I cannot believe my daughter's hair! She ruined it and had the nerve to charge her more than I have ever paid there $330! She needs to get her money refunded. I will never refer another person here. Ever! Especially if this owner doesn't refund us what my daughter paid. I'm very upset over this! I have never encountered a stylist that didn't want to make the customer happy and try to fix the issue. Instead insisted on a TIP?! Really?!
