ALWAYS a wonderful expierence. It never matters who takes care of me. Everyone here is highly skilled and knowledgable with their own individual flare and amazing talent. Today I had Michael and I must say, I don't play favorites but from now on, I think I just might. I made this appointment at the last minute cause it was the only opportunity I had and I was even super late and I was still accommodated and a job well done not rushed and still a great attitude from Michael! I love Aveda products and only go to Aveda lifestyle and concept salons but after today, Truu will remain my main venue instead of Drew James.

Crystal has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past year and she is the best. In addition to doing an excellent job, she is always very pleasant. It took me over 3 years to find the right person to do my hair. I am so happy I finally found Crystal.
