Great service, very professional and knowledgeable stylists.
Would feel more comfortable wearing a smock over my clothes, got quite wet when washing my hair.

It was my first haircut with Jamie. She did a great job. In fact, it was one of the best haircuts I've received since I've been going to Truu salon - or any salon since moving to South Florida.
It would be extremely helpful if you could add gratuity to credit card payments. I often don't carry cash and this frequently seems to be a problem when I visit your salon. and while you do offer an ATM, there is a charge for the use of your ATM and a charge from my bank which makes it a poor financial choice, so I then end up having to go to the ATM at my bank down the street and return again with a tip for the hairdresser.

Christina was my hair stylist when I got my hair done on December 19 and she exceeded my expectations. It's a relaxing atmosphere and I love how they give you tea upon entering.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The salon is easy to get to and I love the free parking. The online reservation process is easy and fast. I appreciate the follow up and reminders of my appt.
This was the first time with this stylist; the wash experience was not what I normally receive in an Aveda salon. The temp of the water was not confirmed, the wash was a little rough, there was no massage and the Stylist rubbed by head with a towel afterwards. With my thin frizzy hair, this is not a good thing to do. The consultation was great and very detailed however, I felt like after everything I just received a trim and nothing we spoke about we taken into consideration. Perhpas this was my fault for not asking more questions during and after the cut.

When I was done, I was very very pleased. Ready for my big party that night.
Unfortunatly, by the middle of the evening My hair was completely frizzed out, I looked like I had stuck my finger in a light socket. And my lovely highlights (@$5.00 each) looked like they were burnt. IT WAS QUITE EMBARRASSING!! And I'm out $125 plus tip.Sad sad sad!!
