He was very thoroug.
I got my hair colored and even though he did a good job, I think we had different visions and my hair came out too dark for my liking.

Steve did a great job as always! Love his neck massage!
My eyelid got burnt again. The girl did my left eyelid twice under the brow and there is a burn / rash where she did that. I haven't enjoyed my eyebrow experiences nearly as much as my haircuts with Steve.

Worst customer service of any Aveda salon I've ever visited Employees not knowledgeable about salon products for sale Unprofessional behavior Not welcomed to salon by receptionist, had to walk into salon and ask for help-not offered Aveda tea No scalp massage or complimentary massage treatments as offered at other Aveda salons Did not feel relaxed in physical environment
