Peter was super nice, but I think at the end the cut didn`t end up how I was expecting. I didn`t have an idea what to do. We discussed about my routine and I made it clear that I would like something easy on my day to day routine. When I left the salon it look great and I was happy, however to make it look great again it demands much more time than I would like to spend on it (I have a new baby). I`m really considering to get a new cut to fix it, but since my hair is kind of short I`m not sure if it would be possible. :( Any suggestions?

This was the 2nd time I was there for 4 hours instead of the estimated time on the website and that my haircut was different than what I had asked for. Last time I thought it was a one time thing so I came back but it happened again. I understand multitasking but its hard to plan your day when you're unexpectedly at the salon for so long. Think the website said 2 hours for a cut and root color with blow dry - not 4! Also, I was clear on the length and think she took an extra 1.5 - 2 inches off which is a big deal when going short from long hair like I did! Teresa is great as far as she is a good colorist and stylist and friendly but thought this feedback was worth sharing...may be worth changing the estimated times online OR getting additional help for the stylist. Thanks.

The cut was not what I expected. Or what I have experienced before. Sides were shaved with a clippers. And we’re way too short. Sides were not blended or tapered with top so there is a distinct line on the sides. No blending of cuts. I am disappointed.

She did good with my hair but it wasn’t the color that I was expecting. I appreciate the effort and the time because I was her only customer at that time. But I feel like the hair color that I really wanted wasn’t achieved at all. I know that my hair might probably a bit challenging to work with but that’s why I went to a professional salon.

Stylist did a great job with color and blowout
Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived so I had to wait until a stylist came over to check me in, receptionist was in the back room again when I was ready to check out so I had to stand and wait

Staff was very nice and I loved the way they worked together.
Color is WAY too dark and there was a lot of color left in my hair. I have never had people ask me if I have had my hair colored as it always matches. It is very obvious and no one has liked it other than a client that has black died hair!

Hairstylist understands hair types and provides good advice. She did a good job in general.
My stylist was in a hurry! The first thing she told me ''We have to leave early, we have a meeting. By looking at your hair, I won't have time to blow dry it after the cut. '' While my priority was to get my hair cut, it was not particularity pleasant to speak to me like this or to set an appointment with a ''busy'' stylist. Blowdrying after a haircut is important for any necessary final trims.
