I’m not in love with it. My hair color is uneven and the price was ridiculously expensive. I understand you pay for quality but it’s not even. I was told I’d be paying 350 the most and end up spending another hundred on top of that. I did get a trim but for 35 dollars to snip a few hair on the bottom is wrong.

Not a good experience. Unsatisfied with the services provided. Had to drive all the way back and pay for parking again for the stylist to fix everything. Should have been done right the first time. Lack of attention to the customer's needs, and not worth the money. Before this horrible experience, I really liked this salon and recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this salon to anyone and will think twice about coming back.

After almost a year going to Truu salon, yesterday I had my first bad experience as I had to wait for almost half an hour (25 minutes to be exact).

The hair products made the top of my hair look dirty/greasy. The front of my hair was frizzy.

Second time i went tp this aveda saloon and first time with Becki was more than perfect. Unfortunately today i asked for the same highlights (2 colors) but i think i was overcharged. In addition to the highlights i was charged 25 usd for color whoch i don't understand. The guy used 2 different pots with color for the highlights. When he removed the foils it looked like it was too blond, so he put color all over my head which i never had in any other aveda highlight treatment before and i go to abeda since years. I had the feeling he tried to cover mistake and i had to pay for it since the manager wasn't there
