Still waiting for the credit to my credit card from a very bad hair color in October. Can you please have some one let me know how much longer it is going to be before the credit will be applied to my card.

My hair color was the worst hair color I have ever had. My hair was very dark when I first started coming to your salon and we were gradually adding lighter colors to lighten my hair. Friday evening Stephanie took things a bit to far and put way to much bleach on my hair and completely stripped my hair. I have chucks of hair coming out and my hair dissolves in my hands like spaghetti. I have purchased nearly $200 in products to try and repair the extreme damage done to my hair. I will never refer anyone looking for a salon.

I continue to receive unsolicited emails from this place despite multiple requests that they cease. I have never been there but due to these emails will avoid at all costs.

This is one of my worst experiences at a salon, I got my hair cut and layered and I did not like the layers so she said she would flat iron it for free because i was dissatisfied but when it came time to pay she charged me $40 for the flat iron and I said why you barely flat ironed it she only did it for five or ten minutes so no I will never return there unless I have someone else do my hair and her name was Nelly.

I got the goofiest haircut ever. The stylist had to see how poor the cut was, but said nothing. She didn't even bother to style it. I had to show her where it was uneven. And she said that she was glad I showed her. She should have seen that one side was a good 2 inches longer without me pointing it out to her.

I was on vacation and had the time to get my hair colored and cut...I got a horrible color and had to go back home and get color correction, really feel bad about it all.
