I always appreciate the welcoming environment. I attended a larger Aveda salon for several years and never met nor was introduced to the owner. David, Nellie and Terry are all genuinely welcoming to their Clients.

This is one of my worst experiences at a salon, I got my hair cut and layered and I did not like the layers so she said she would flat iron it for free because i was dissatisfied but when it came time to pay she charged me $40 for the flat iron and I said why you barely flat ironed it she only did it for five or ten minutes so no I will never return there unless I have someone else do my hair and her name was Nelly.
