This is the second time I've been to Truu Salon, and both times Crystal was amazing! We discussed what I wanted to do with my hair (going from medium brown to light/platinum blonde) and the best way to achieve the look I wanted without "frying" my hair or making it brittle. My hair is a gorgeous light bright blonde and still very healthy feeling even after two rounds of full highlights. Crystal wrote down everything we discussed, including the length and going shorter and then verified everything before making the first cut or putting in the first foil. I love my hair (and so does my hubby!!) and have gotten a ton of compliments. Both of my appointments have been first thing Thursday morning (10am) which probably isn't your busy time anyway, but I really liked the way the salon has a laid back feeling and that Crystal has time to focus on me. The salon I went to before always seemed overbooked and the stylist would go back and forth between two or three clients. I don't consider myself high maintenance (at all) but I do appreciate the individual attention I've received at Truu.

Great environment and wonderful stylist. I came in from Ft Lauderdale and they ordered me food. My stylist even treated me to lunch. It doesn't get much better than that!

My stylist Zoe is always very attentive; I came back because I didn't like my bang length and where they were parted. She spent a long time helping to cut them the way I wanted, even though it required even more blending of the layers around my face.

Always a great experience. Michael is a wonderful stylist & the salon is always staffed with knowledgable and friendly people.
