I came to this salon because my long time stylist just landed there! Go see Candice White who I originally met at an Aveda salon in Coconut Grove after someone else at another salon attempted to help me become blond for the very first time at age 40. Fortunately, I found Candice shortly after that who really created what I wanted and I haven't been unfaithful since. I'm a fan of Aveda salons and this one is cute and in a great part of downtown Hollywood with nearby cafes and coffee shops. The rest of the staff were friendly and as you can expect, you get a little bit more pampered at Aveda affiliated salons.
No negatives to report.

Easy to schedule.
The stylist I used was very sweet however she produced a horrid results that I had to go and fix somewhere else.

I'm happy with how my single process color turned out. I enjoyed the tea that was offered.
I had a surprise charge of $25 on my bill for 'extra color' (was not mentioned to me, just appeared on receipt and I noticed when I got home).
