It was a little scary going to someone new to have my hair done, but after several weeks of travel, I took the chance. So glad I did! Nelly was amazing - my hair has never looked better! The color & highlights are perfect, and she did a wonderful cut that I can just wash and go - perfect for my travels. I may have to come back to Florida every time I get my hair done!

I just want to say after a difficult morning it was 30 minutes of relaxation. Becky gave me a scalp and shoulder message that was 5 minutes of heaven. Then she washed and cut my hair. It was the Best pick me up after a trying day. Thanks So Much Becky!!!!!

Unprofessional behavior
Not welcomed to salon by receptionist, had to walk into salon and ask for help-not offered Aveda tea
No scalp massage or complimentary massage treatments as offered at other Aveda salons
Did not feel relaxed in physical environment
