Nelly is phenominal..always eductaes me and shows me how to style and use products... She is a true professional. The staff is alwasy friendly and the facility is clean with a relaxing enviorment. I would recomend TRUU to everyone I know.. Thanks again for an amazing job.

My experience at your salon is getting better and better.
I have always been pleased with the quality of work that Angelica does, from day one.
I find the salon a friendlier place now since I first started coming there.
Also. I love the extra effort with the tea and relaxation scent. Very nice.
My only negative comment now, would be that the paint color in the salon is very blah. Not a welcoming color scheme.
My suggestion would be something soothing like a light aqua or soft baby blue.
They would go nice with the brown trim.

Like the saloon, my hair cut and the color is perfect, people are very friendly
Second time i went tp this aveda saloon and first time with Becki was more than perfect. Unfortunately today i asked for the same highlights (2 colors) but i think i was overcharged. In addition to the highlights i was charged 25 usd for color whoch i don't understand. The guy used 2 different pots with color for the highlights. When he removed the foils it looked like it was too blond, so he put color all over my head which i never had in any other aveda highlight treatment before and i go to abeda since years. I had the feeling he tried to cover mistake and i had to pay for it since the manager wasn't there

I thought it would be impossible to love my hair more than I did the last visit, but Nelly outdid herself again. She added more subtle highlights to blend my current highlights in and with the conditioning treatment, left my hair really smooth. She also did my makeup, and it was fun playing with new colors I've never used before.

I was in town visiting Hollywood Beach FL and wanted to go for a new cut! Truu Aveda was rated high and I gave it chance! =) ... David was very welcoming as soon as I arrived and the tea offered was delicious! ... Stephanie my stylist was friendly, conversable and welcoming! I shared with her what I wanted and she provided her input and did an AWESOME job with my new cut! I loved it! ...I will be returning to this salon next time I am in town again! :)
