Steve and the girl who did my eyebrows did a great job!
My wife was unable to get her haircut with Michael. He was running behind and then went on a break and no one communicated with my wife at any time. By the time he was ready I was almost done and she rescheduled.

Service was good but not satisfied with results.
I asked t thoroughly rinse hair and not leave hair color residue, I didn't want stained pillow case. I still ended up with a stained pillowcase - hair not well rinsed. I made it known that eventually I wanted to lighten my hair color and despite all the consultative conversation - I ended up with darker hair, even though the applied color was lighter than the current.
