Steven was great! He did exactly what I asked and my highlights and haircut look amazing! Very happy in Hollywood!
Only suggestion is that great Aveda tea should be a bit stronger or fresher and the cups should be disposable! The shop needs major cleaning! Sorry, but when you're in a place 2-3 hours you notice a lot!

When I was done, I was very very pleased. Ready for my big party that night.
Unfortunatly, by the middle of the evening My hair was completely frizzed out, I looked like I had stuck my finger in a light socket. And my lovely highlights (@$5.00 each) looked like they were burnt. IT WAS QUITE EMBARRASSING!! And I'm out $125 plus tip.Sad sad sad!!

This salon is truly a wonderful salon in the heart of Downtown Hollywood. It's clean, cutting edge, reasonably priced and of course has only Aveda products which I trust. My stylist is Nelly and she is absolutely amazing. 5 stars to her. She listens intently to what you are wanting, is an awesome artist and colorist and truly strives to make you walk out the door thrilled with your cut and color. She is a true gem.

Steve kicked it as usual. A great hair style and good conversation. Starts with an enjoyable and stress relieving neck/scalp massage. Moves on to a shampoo and conditioning with the best hair products available. And finishes with a terrific style...taking his time to ensure a fine and detailed cut. Just all around great experience.
