The flavor of the tea and literally thats it ^_^

This was the first time with this stylist; the wash experience was not what I normally receive in an Aveda salon. The temp of the water was not confirmed, the wash was a little rough, there was no massage and the Stylist rubbed by head with a towel afterwards. With my thin frizzy hair, this is not a good thing to do. The consultation was great and very detailed however, I felt like after everything I just received a trim and nothing we spoke about we taken into consideration. Perhpas this was my fault for not asking more questions during and after the cut.

Maybe suggest where to park when you make an appointment...i didn't have a problem, but I wasn't initially sure.

I went to the Salon a week ago and the color didn't come out as I wanted. I called and the rescheduled me to go back for the correction. I went back and the lady said they would have to bleach the bottom to get it to absorb the color. Well, I’m not sure why they didn’t offer to do that the first time, I said I wanted to dye it all one color. Now, Its suppose to be red, and now it looks orange. They didn't even blow dry it completely so I could see it. They said they didn't book me for a blow dry. Probably, because I wasn't a paying client and they didn’t want me to see how bad it looked. Well its not my fault you didn't do it right the first time and I had to spend another afternoon there. She didn't even ask if I liked it. I'm sure she realized it didn’t look good either. I even gave her a second tip, because I felt bad that she spent her time. I should have said something. Sometimes I'm too nice. I paid way to much money in there. My hair color now doesn't look at all like the picture I showed them. When I finally got home and styled it, I saw how bad it looked and there's a weird black streak on one side. I am very disappointed with the service and after two times you would think it would be acceptable. I don't think they really know what there doing. Now my eyebrows are brown and my hair is bright orange. They should have at least offered to dye my eyebrows. All this time and money wasted and now I just have to deal with it.
