After I submitted a review of how bad my hair color was I was immediately contacted by the salon and offered a refund, however it is 3 months later and I still have not been credited even after several email attempts.

I went in with a bad haircut and Steve attentively listened to what I was blabbing on about and looked at every picture I showed him with what I wanted. I was happy he noticeably tried to make me feel more comfortable even though I was nervous about the haircut. I would definitely go see him again for my next haircut.

Love this salon, I had needed to find another salon to lighten my black roots to a light blonde as my old salon used a product that burned my scalp horribly. The Aveda product Nelly the stylist used did not burn at all, the color looked great and I got a lot of compliments on it. The products are so gentle I wish I had come here sooner because I endured a lot of itching burning pain at my other salon. I also like the crystal clear pricing system they use, and I I really got a great deal for all the services provided. The salon is very clean and calm, the stylists are very professional and really tried to ensure I was getting exactly what I envisioned. I also love the fact they are open 7 days. The service here is absolutely excellent, will definitely be back!
