1. When I made my appointment I was not asked who I wanted to cut my hair. I assumed that she was looking at my records and assigned me to the same person. 2. When I got there it was someone I never seen before, a nice person but I felt embarrassed to say no to her. 3. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she proceeded to work. 4. I knew when she was washing my hair that her experience was minimal. 5. When she started blow drying my hair I knew it was a disaster she had no clue what she was doing. Very disappointed at your service, from the appointment to the end. I drove an hour to get to your place, but never again will return or recommend anyone to your place. Lack of consistency. Need to hire people with experience.
