I have now been coming to True Salon for 3 seasons, my whole family ( partner, sister and mother) are also clients. Recently I referred a friendhand she declared, it was the best hair cut she had received (Stephanie) even in her home State of Rhode Island.
The atmosphere is so client oriented. As soon as you enter the salon, you are greeted and offered delicious hot tea or refreshing cold water. Peaceful, restful oasis from the get go. Over three years I have had several stylists, all have been more than satisfactory, and for the past two seasons we have had Stephanie as our stylist. What an excellent representative for Aveda, an incredible asset in every respect: cutting, styling, color, highlights... she excels. She is a delight. ( She goes out of her way to satisfy her clients... I once watched while she went overtime to provide an aveda makeup for a client, never once having her client feel she was pressed for time) and that lady went. on to make an extensive purchase of Aveda products. Which reminds me, Stephanie is also such a great rep for Aveda products. Without pushing product, she tells you about everything she is using. She know her product and believs in it, which encourages the client ( meand others ) to purchase and enjoy

I have been a client for about 8 months. I have enjoyed the music in the salon and have witnessed many others old and young alike comment on the music selection being played. This afternoon, I experienced much disjointed music selection and overheard customers, not employees complaining about it. It was not a pleasant experience.

It was my first haircut with Jamie. She did a great job. In fact, it was one of the best haircuts I've received since I've been going to Truu salon - or any salon since moving to South Florida.
It would be extremely helpful if you could add gratuity to credit card payments. I often don't carry cash and this frequently seems to be a problem when I visit your salon. and while you do offer an ATM, there is a charge for the use of your ATM and a charge from my bank which makes it a poor financial choice, so I then end up having to go to the ATM at my bank down the street and return again with a tip for the hairdresser.
