Michael is an excellent host. Made me feel right at home and aided in reaching a comfortable, relaxed state before getting my hair done. Zoe was able to modify the style I wanted to accommodate the reality of my fine, thin hair and the state of my last cut that wasn't grown out quite enough to do the style I was picturing. She did a great job being creative and getting me to the look I really wanted.
Only problem I had was the online scheduling that didn't work out. On the upside - first Michael found another time for me the very next day when I showed up and my appointment time was already assigned to another customer. Then on the next day, the salon called to let me know my stylist was running late and offered an earlier time with another stylist. So despite the problem I encountered, the staff went out of their way to rectify the problem immediately.
