Yes, Jamie knocked it out of the ball park with my last hair cut. I am a male who prefers scissor cuts. It's not easy to find done one who can do a great layered look anymore, as most rely on the sheers. Jamie did a fine combo of layering and sheers around only the sides and back. The length was perfect and it looks very professional.

Zoe was professional at all times.
I spent over $200 for my services on Saturday 12/19. Zoe was professional, however I am not satisfied with the results of my color. It was very dark and I asked for the color to be lighter. She explained to brighten the color she would need to apply a toner to my hair. I asked her if she would address my roots as they were growing in and this was a significant reason of getting my hair colored. My hair is parted in the middle and I can still see them. The process was time consuming, however understandable. I was expecting a "scalp massage" at some point either before the color or during the wash and I do not believe what I was provided was adequate to past experience with this salon. At the end, it appeared Zoe had another client to attend to and another stylist had to help by styling my hair. This stylist captured the image of the style, however I am not happy with the color. I feel I spent a lot of money and should be satisfied with the results. I cannot afford to spend another $200 for the color to be corrected when it should have been done at the time of the service.

I was a walk-in and was unable to be taken at that time but was asked to return in about 2 hrs, which I did. My hairdresser was Zoe. Upon our first meeting she nailed the color and the haircut to complete satisfaction. She possesses An innate talent to listen to her client's desires and follow through precisely as asked without client disappointment . Meagan also had an easy-going smile and made special effort to be accommodating to a new client. I had a very good experience and look forward to returning for my next appointment .
