I booked my appointment online for full color (which the site stated the appt. length was 85 min). When I arrived for my appointment the hair stylist told me that she didn't have time to color my hair. She also told me that I would have to bleach my hair to dye it the same color I already have because you can"dye on top of color". I went to another salon and they were able to do this without bleaching my hair. I was very disappointed in my experience with this salon.

My hair dresser was amazing! She gave me ideas about my hair and gave exactly what I wanted. She also was very informed with the products in the salon as well as with all the ways Aveda helps make the world better with their fundraisers for a clean and safe environment.

I have been in search of a new stylist as my current one is not quite providing what I need/want. Juliane was very nice. However, she's not the one....but again she had very nice presence.
My service included full hair color. I said I wanted a chocolate brown color that closely matches my natural hair color (I have some grey, but plenty of brown to see my color). Unfortunately, the stylist made the color for me. I was not given/offered a color chart from which to choose -- I should have asked prior. The color I got was very close to black and certainly not what I wanted/asked for. It was hard to see the color inside the salon so I could not see the true color until I was outside.
