Willingness to fix a job badly done.
Not a good experience. Unsatisfied with the services provided. Had to drive all the way back and pay for parking again for the stylist to fix everything. Should have been done right the first time. Lack of attention to the customer's needs, and not worth the money. Before this horrible experience, I really liked this salon and recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this salon to anyone and will think twice about coming back.
