Karen at the front desk is a delight. She is always pleasant when you call and when you arrive for your apt she has hot te ready for you. Meagan my stylist is awesome, not only is she great with cuts but color too and her personality is the best!

The staff I interacted with were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. My stylist was competent about my unusual cut/style and delivered fantastic results. I will get a haircut here again in the future!
It may seem small, but there was no fragrance-free shampoo, conditioner, or styling products; that would have been a great option for my sensitive respiratory system. Also, better WiFi would be awesome - there was a network but it didn't work. I enjoyed chatting with my stylist though, so I didn't mind.
