Switched from the other Switched from other salon wad using for 4 years-,(hey eere teshnically ok but great, the last time I went in to make an appointment,?the owner wasn’t ther and the (even after being an excellent customer) was treated rudely) - you guys actually did better job.

Staff is friendly and Stephanie is AMAZING!
It was very cold in the salon, it has been fine (warmer) in the past!!! It was especially uncomfortable when my hair was wet, but even after it was dried I was cold. Please turn the a/c down!!!

I went there for a simple bang trim. I have straight long hair so it shouldn't be a big deal, right? I just asked for a cut BELOW the eyebrows and I got one half inch above...so now it looks like an awful helmet instead of a neat straight bang. It will grow, eventually, but I have an event today and it looks pretty awkward and is not even straight but shorter in the middle. I'm not happy at all
