Stephanie is such a great colorist and stylist. My hair is very thick, curly and difficult for many to manage but she is fast, efficient and does a great job every time. And the salon went out of there way to provide a safe, distanced environment for the clientele.

I had a very positive experience at Truu saloon today. I was welcomed and accompanied to the hair station by Jennifer, my hair stylist. Jennifer was awesome. It was the first time seeing her. She took the time to look at my previous services done at this saloon and to ask me questions about my hair and my current concerns. She listened and then shared her expertise. Very knowledgable. In a very humble manner, she shared all her years of experience not only as a hair stylist using Aveda products but also as an instructor. She was clear about all the processes she wanted to do and gave me the pricing upfront, so I will not get surprises at the end. The entire experience was amazing and I could not be happier with the results. I was very pleased with the end result. Ask for Jennifer, you will not be disappointed.

Didn’t like the extra charge that was not explained to me and didn’t like the cold treatment by the receptionist or cashier. When she asked me if I wanted to use my card on file - which I did not - she had a reaction on her face like she was displeased. I handed her $250 in cash and I don’t know what her issue was. Perhaps she needs customer service training and if that’s the case perhaps she’s the wrong person for that role.

I love my stylist. But being charged a $5 Covid charge on top of a $70 haircut WITHOUT BLOW DRY, is absolutely ridiculous.
